What to do if there's a problem with your order
PLEASE reach out to me if there's an issue! I'm just starting my business, and your satisfaction is personal to me! I truly hope you're happy with what you purchase and that it arrives in good condition. But, as we all know, things happen! If there is an issue with your order, please know I'll do my best to fix it.

Shipping Information
For most items, USPS offers the most competitive rates, but I can also ship UPS for larger or more time sensitive items. As I'm sure many of you are aware, there have been numerous shipping disruptions this year. I will update you with tracking information on your order as soon as it's available. I will do my very best to get your order out as quickly as possible, and you will receive email notification with tracking information (if applicable). That said, I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen shipping circumstances once your package is out of my hands. *IF you need faster or different shipping options than what the website is showing available to make a specific date, please reach out to me and I will do my best to find a solution!
Do you do Custom Orders? I have an idea…
Ooohhhhh, this is my favorite part… one of the reasons I'm SO excited about this business is having the opportunity to collaborate with clients and produce things that are meaningful and beautiful for the person receiving them. So yes, I would love for you to get in touch about what awesome things we can create together! That said, time is extremely limited for custom orders for the holiday season! If you need something for the upcoming holidays, please contact me as soon as possible.
What's a Polar Camel?
It's a Tumbler Constructed of High Quality Double-Walled, Vacuum-Insulated Stainless Steel. Capacity 20 oz.
Each tumbler is hugged by a SILICONE SLEEVE:
- Velvety-soft matte finish with a great hand feel. I engrave off the top layer to reveal the secondary (engrave) color underneath.
Sleeves with BLACK engrave: White, Pink, Teal
- Need another sleeve? If your sleeve is torn or damaged, DON’T FREAK OUT! Replacement or Additional Sleeves for fun are available, and I can engrave a new sleeve for you. Just contact me and let me know what you need.
- You have the option to add on a clear "Hot" lid (with slide closure over mouth) for an additional $3 to any Tumbler purchase. This means you'll enjoy fantastic retention of heat AND cold, so your beverage will stay the perfect temperature for hours!
Can you do bulk, wholesale, and custom fundraiser orders for a discount?
Absolutely! If you're looking to order a quantity of any product, or personalize items for a group or organization, I would love to help! Just reach out and let me know what you're looking for, and I'll be happy to provide you with a quote.
Do you have access to other laserable items?
TONS of them. I have an amazing supplier here in NC and have quick access to a huge catalog of laserable products and gifts. If you have an idea of what you're looking for, just ask! Recommendations and sample options can be provided upon request.
I saw a design I like on this item, but I want it on something else…
No problem! I can easily switch out products and designs. Just contact me to let me know what you're looking for.
I saw something I like, but I want it in custom colors or specific woods…
I can work with that! I have access to a rainbow of acrylics and woods, as well as a variety of wood stains and an airbrush for color matching to your needs. I'll be happy to provide you with a quote for your specifications.
I'm happy for you to reach out with any customer requests, but I need to be clear up front that I will not and can not provide clients with recreations of copyrighted work (your favorite superheroes or cartoon characters, etc), for a few reasons...
- It's not worth the risk, and I have no interest in copyright infringement lawsuits! I'm a one woman show, and nobody's got time for that.
- As a creative person, taking credit for (and/or profiting from) someone else's work without consent feels icky.
- My dad's an attorney.
Can you make things with other people's designs?
If I have the permission of the creator, absolutely! Some of my favorite goods in the shop right now were designed by fellow laser creators and graphic artists, and I often use commercially purchased SVGs as elements in my work. There are some AWESOME artists out there! That said, I can absolutely assure you that all designs are purchased from the creator with a commercial license for product resale. I will not use another artists' work or designs without consent or legitimate commercial file purchase. I believe that as creators and human beings, we need to support, uplift and celebrate each other's talents- and that includes giving credit (and payment) for others’ work when it’s due.
